Dear Dr. Howard,
We first came to you after a terrible experience our daughter, Courtenay had with another dentist. You took care of her problem and relieved her anxiety.
My dental history has left me with extremely sensitive, discolored, cavity-prone teeth. I was at the point of needing Novocain and nitrous oxide during my cleanings. During, every cleaning or restoration, my blood pressure would go up and my anxiety was outwardly apparent.
My husband began treatment with you based on the recommendation Courtenay and I made. He is now having regular dental care, which is a new occurrence during our ten-year marriage.
I believe we have met all of your staff. Every single person has been professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and personable. They have also navigated our insurance claims due to multiple carriers, and have worked with us to obtain payment. Our family actually looks forward to our dental appointments now.
On the most personal note, the cosmetic procedure you performed on me has made a profound difference in my life. After years of struggling with dentists and ugly, stained teeth, I now have a beautiful smile. Your work makes me happy every time I look in the mirror. I used to cover my mouth when I laughed, and pursed my lips a certain way in photos. Now I have a smile that includes beautiful veneers. Every day, your work positively affects my life.

I want to thank you for personally calling Tiffany tonight to check on her. She was at rehearsal and could not answer her phone.
My father-in-law is a very respected OB/GYN in Florida. Because of him we always received very special treatment from all of our physicians. They always dealt with us personally and sometimes came to our home.
We realized after moving to Atlanta, how special this was. We have never had a personal phone call from any physician in Atlanta! I have had several surgical procedures and never had a call back.

Should have done my implants long ago but was afraid of long surgical process of normal conventional implants.
It's amazing, I can't believe how well I can chew and what I can now eat!

Wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the work you and your dental assistants have done for me.
After having the new crown put on my gums haven't bled. That area would bleed at every brushing and sometimes when eating.

Dr Howard has been our family dentist for the past 6 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences at his office. He has surrounded himself with excellent staff members. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and very professional. Patient comfort is the top priority in everything from the reading material in the waiting room to the treatment rooms in the back. Whatever level of sedation is desired is provided, a video screen gives you a clear view of any problem detected, and Dr. Howard shows you exactly what he sees as he explains all treatment options. The wait time is always minimal, and we have never had any difficulties scheduling timely appointments. Dr. Howard's practice is a judgement free environment, and I highly recommend it for anyone apprehensive about dental experiences. Most recently Dr. Howard performed reconstructive work on our 17 year old son's upper teeth as a result of a congenitally missing permanent tooth. He was very meticulous, and did an excellent job! Our son is thrilled with his new teeth, and their very natural appearance. Dr. Howard is the best, and you won't be disappointed!
